White Chicken Chili

My wife found Mandi Forester’s White Chicken Chili via the Rachael Ray website, and it is amazing.  We’ve made it twice this fall and stocked up on ingredients to make it once more.  It has no onions or peppers, so it is a fairly well received dish.  I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new warm wintertime dish.  It is crock pot friendly, and today we started it, left the house, and it was ready to eat when we got home.  The leftovers make a great lunch item.  Mmm… try it!
