Happy Food Friday!
Tonight I’m looking long and hard at the Wikipedia page about Chilean Cuisine. I learned about Pastel de choclo (described as a ‘ground beef casserole with corn batter topping’) from a YouTube video. I first made Pastel de choclo around a year ago. I’ve made it twice (modified, because my household doesn’t do onions). And now.. well, now to read more about Chilean cooking and see about making more yummy food.
